Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, contact us via our contact form or email us at info@vape.llc within 30 days of your package delivery date. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and may ask for details about your product.

Returns

All items sent back to us must be carefully packaged and in new, unused, undamaged, and resellable condition. Returns are only processed after our team inspects and confirms the item meets these conditions.

Important Notes

  • Items that have been opened, tested, cleaned, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only items purchased on www.vape.llc qualify for returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

When we receive your return, we’ll contact you to confirm your next steps. If exchanging for an item of higher value, you’ll only pay the difference. Standard shipping fees apply to orders under $79.99.
